Hi y'all,

It's been a while (again) but I promise you I will be updating my website more from now on.
My brother is also busy with a complete make-over of the website with a new members section!! More about that later on...

At this moment I'm preparing for the Dutch Nationals NBBF/IFBB Grand Prix of 2008. It will be held the 26th of October in De Flint in Amersfoort.

It has been a while since I've updated the website, because I was very busy in my new house and with the prep for my next contest on the 29th of April. I don't have a computer yet in my new home, so I couldn't work on the website at home. And my digital camera was broken, so I couldn't take any new pics. But I have bought a new camera and I will place some new pics soon on the site.

I hope everyone will still follow this website. I know that when I have a new computer at home, I can work a lot more on my site.

The prep for the contest is going well. I am getting leaner and my weight is still about 73 kg.
I am now 7,5 weeks out of the contest. The prep is getting haevier and heavier with the day. They cut out my cheatday snik..snik... I hope it wil all be worth it in the end.

Angie is going great! She is about 8kg now and she is soooo sweet. But sometimes she is also very bad! She is going to pupyschool now and hopefully it will help to get her listen to me better haha!

I will soon place a new Blog with some pics!!

Well tomorrow is the BIG DAY!!! Angie is coming home!!!!
I am going to pick her up early in the morning and then take her to my mum's house. My own house isn't ready yet, and my mum is also looking forward to Angie. Everything is already settled for her. This dog is going to be very spoiled I think hihi..

I am going to make some pictures if I can, because my digital camera is dead I think! I tried to make some pics in Euro Disney but it wouldn't work. Hopefully it will work tomorrow so I can post some of the pics on the site.

For now, I wish you all a very happy 2007 and I hope all you wishes will come true!

Big XXX from the cold Almere

I want to say thanks to all the people who had sent me the sweet e-mails yesterday on my birthday!!! Very cool that some people reminded my birthday!

I had a great day yesterday. In the morning I went to Geldrop, a place in the south of Holland, were the family Bremmers live. They are the people from Ducth KenStaff, the Stafford-kennel. For the very first time I saw my little puppy Angie!! She is so sweet!! She was only only walking for 3 days so she looked a little bit drunk when she tried to walk hihi.. And her mummie Sharbat and her brother were also so sweet. He is a little pic of Angie. She has found out, that she can make some noize now. So she keeps the Bremmers a little bit awake at night! Here is a pic of Angie making some noize...

That evening I went with my best friends Esther, Anna and my mum to the Japaneze diner here in Almere. Only I had to dress very funny otherwise I didn't get something to eat so it was a little bit against my will (but it was very funny haha). I had to put on a Hawain skirt, a flowerchain and I had to wear some wobbly stars on my head! They had to put a princess cap on their heads too! People were laughing at us, but they all found us very charming! We ate a lot!! (too much...) but we had a great time. Thanks sweethearts for the great birthday!!

I've just received some new pics of Angie who's trying to walk. SOOOOO SWEEEETTTT!! You must see them.

Here everything is going well. Busy at work and a little headache today, so I took a day to rest. Tomorrow back in the gym again to train some legs!

The diet is going very well. Esther measured my BF last week... 26%!!! Now I am mad at Esther beceause I think she played a trick on me. WTF.. 26%!!! No way! But anyway, in April I have to be around 6% so no cheating, only good food for now on!

The 30st of November I have a very cool photoshoot with Esther, Filip and Khalid. There will be 15 photographers to make some pics of us. And we will get the portfolio for free. Very cool!

It's my birthday the 25th of November and I am going to the Japanese for dinner that night. We are with a whole bunch of people and it's going to be very nice (yeah...healthy food)!! In the morning I am going to visit Angie for the first time so I am very exited. I am going to make some pics Saturday. Here are a few of her "walking" with her brother.
