What is the typical diet for you like pre-contest and how far out do you start?
Because I was coming from a high bodyfat%, I’ve started this diet 15 weeks before the first contest.
My very first diet was a bit chaotic, I don’t count that one in. I’ve started begin January from this year with the pre-contest diet. Most changes were lower in carb. I only eat 35 grams of Bambix in the morning, then 2 cracottes (crackers), some vegetables and in the evening 35 grams of rice.
After my work-out I take Isopure with 40 grams of Vitargo. I get much of proteins during the day. I eat a lot of eggs (10 a day) and lost of chicken, beef and fish. I love smoked salmon.

What’s in your fridge that should not be there?
Well, at this moment there isn't much food in my fridge! :-( Only chicken, kwark (dutch) and a lot of soda's. I have lots of fish in my freezer along with spinaz and dogfood! :-)

Training
I do weightlifting 4 days a week. My training usually doesn’t take more than one hour. I believe in short training sessions, with heavy weight. I don’t like cardio at all, and I only do cardio during prepseason. It depends on my schedule which bodyparts I train, but I always do the big body parts (chest, back, legs) before the small ones.

A typical day of my life...
I get up about 8.00 am (I’m a bit of a long sleeper, and it’s hard for me to get up in the morning) and I rush to the bathroom to get ready for work.  Then I will walk with my doggie Angie, the English Stafford. Then I must collect my food for that day at work. I have a big backpack which I have with me every day. My food generally exists from eggs, chicken, beef and a protein shake. My breakfast is also a protein shake but with a little bit of Nutrix(sort of oatmeal/babyfood). I drink my breakfast in my car. I work nearby so I finish it at the office. I have a 9 till 5 job at a great office. Because of me, the whole office is on a diet now (I mean the girls are, the men are to weak)! I eat every 2 to 3 hours. I leave the office at about 5.00 pm, I race home, walk with Angie, change my working clothes to work-out clothes, get my trainingstuff, go to my mother to bring Angie there (she loves to play at mums) and then I go to the gym. After my training, I drive home while drinking my protein shake. When I’m home, I sit on the couch and EAT! After that it depends on my mood. I go to a friend or just sit at home. Mostly I got back at 10.30pm and then I have to eat and make my meals for the next day. Mostly eggs and beef. I eat my last diner in front of the television and then I go to bed to read a magazine or, when I’m really tired, sleep!
