Hi everyone,

I just came back from a heavy arm training....it went very well! My arms felt like they could explode any minute! It feel so good.

Last night I worked at the Amsterdam Arena. There was an Americain Football contest of the Amsterdam Admirals vs. Hamburg Sea Devils. It was quite fun, only the Admirals lost. But that doens't mind because they had already placed themselves for the World Bowl last week. I have blisters on my feet thanks to my new working shoes, but my sweet friend Esther gave me a flower plaster to put on it haha!

Wen I got home after work (at Esther's) I was starving because I didn;t eat at all at work so we ate a lot of  'SHOARMA' (I love that)!! And some fries, chocolate chip cookies... Ah well, it was cheatday after all! :-)

Now I going to the hypermarkt and then I'm going to rest. Tommorrow starts another week of hard work, but Thursday I have the day off (everybody in Holland has). I hope the weather is going to get a litlle better this week because I hate the rain. Well we'll see!
